摘    要:破胶剂的种类和性质对破胶后的残渣情况产生重要影响.针对40℃HPG压裂液破胶后的残渣问题,应用激光粒度仪、岩心流动仪、表面张力仪评价残渣情况,寻找合适的破胶剂配方.通过筛选评价,最终确定的这种新型复合破胶剂WSY-1组成是:破胶酶pjem-1、残渣分解酶fjem-2、分散表面活性剂fsst-1,配比是:pjem-1∶fjem-2∶fsst-1=2∶1∶7.WSY-1的特点是破胶液残渣含量低,岩心渗透率伤害小,表面张力低.实验结果表明:当WSY-1加量为100 mg/L时,破胶后的压裂液残渣含量降到221 mg/L,对地层渗透率伤害降到16.23%,破胶液的表面张力降到了21 mN/m,粒径中值降到38.47μm,且破胶液的分散程度高.

Abstract:The residue after HPG fracturing fluid gel breaking is determined by kinds and properties of gel breaker.In this paper,appropriate gel breaker was screened out by evaluating residue problem after HPG fracturing fluid gel breaking at 40 ℃ with laser particle sizer,core analyzer and surface tension tester.The formula of gel breaker WSY-1 was finally determined as follows: enzyme pjem-1 with gel-breaking effect,enzyme fjem-2 with residue decomposition effect,and surfactant fsst-1 with dispersion effect,pjem-1︰fjem-2︰fsst-1= 2︰1︰7.Characteristics of WSY-1 are lower residue content,core permeability damage and surface tension.The experimental results indicate that when WSY-1 dosage is 100 mg/L,residues content lowers to 211 mg/L,the damage of core permeability reduces to 16.23%,and the surface tension downs to 22 mN/m.
