微囊藻毒素在鲤鱼体内的生物富集作用

摘    要:为研究微囊藻毒素在鲤鱼体内的生物富集作用,采用ELISA法对不同时间的实验组鲤鱼肝脏、肌肉和肾中的微囊藻毒素进行测定,并对其进行TDI评价.结果显示,鲤鱼肌肉(干重)中的微囊藻毒素质量分数在实验24 h后达到其峰值,为0.11 ng/g;鲤鱼肾(干重)和肝脏(干重)中的微囊藻毒素质量分数在实验1 h后达到其峰值,分别为1.29 ng/g和0.82 ng/g;不同时间鲤鱼体内不同组织对微囊藻毒素的生物富集量从大到小为肾、肝脏、肌肉.本实验为长期低剂量摄入微囊藻毒素对人体的慢性和潜在危害提供科学依据,并为确定其在水产品中的限量标准提供参考.

Abstract:In order to study the biological accumulation of microcystins in the carp body,the microcystins in the carp liver,muscle and kidney of an experimental group were measured in different times by ELISA,and the TDI evaluation was carried out.The results showed that the mass percent of microcystins in carp muscle sample(dry weight) reached the peak value of 0.11 ng/g after 24 hours,the mass percent of microcystins in carp kidney and liver samples(dry weight) reached their peak values of 1.29 ng/g and 0.82 ng/g after1 hours,and the order of biological accumulation amounts in different organs at different times was as follows: kidney>liver>muscle.The test would provide a scientific basis for chronic and potential hazards on the human body by long-term intaking low-dose microcystins and a reference for the tolerance limit of microcystins in aquaculture products.
