摘    要:由于目前市场上商用助燃催化剂价格过高,影响其作为工业催化剂推广.营口中板厂实验利用廉价冶金熔剂(CaMg(CO3)2、MgCO3或Ca(OH)2替代商用助燃催化剂,能使煤比大幅度提高,焦比下降,获得了巨大的经济效益.

Abstract:As market price of commercial combustion catalysts is too high at present,which affects promotion of the industrial catalysts.In this paper,Yingkou medium plate plant used cheap metallurgical flux(CaMg(CO3)2,MgCO3 or Ca(OH)2) instead of commercial combustion catalysts,which can increase coal ratio significantly and decrease coke ratio to gain big economic benefits.
