| 摘 要： | 叙述了不锈钢-碳钢复合钢板的生产方法,坡口型式的选择、焊接方法的影响和选择、复合钢板检测要求、对口错边量的控制、热处理工艺以及在制造压力容器时的注意事项等结合实际工况进行归纳、分析.复合钢板在生产过程中应严格控制工艺流程,并在实践中不断总结、积累焊接经验,综合分析各种因素,改善使复合钢板设备制造工艺不断趋向成熟,更好的指导和服务与生产.

| Abstract: | Production methods of the stainless steel-carbon steel composite steel were described.Selection of groove types and welding methods was discussed as well as detection requirements of composite steel plate,quantity control of the wrong side,heat treatment process and points for attention in manufacturing pressure vessel.The production process of composite steel plate should be strictly controlled.Through accumulating welding experiences and comprehensive analysis of various factors,the production process can be improved,which can provide better guidance and services for the production. |
