灰色层次分析法在建筑工程评标中的应用

现行的招、投标机制为确保工程招、投标及评标活动的公平、合理开展提出了更高的要求,为解决这一问题,把灰色层次分析法引入到建筑工程招标评标中,列出各项评标指标,利用层次分析法确定指标的权重.介绍了灰色层次分析法解决问题的步骤及优缺点,为业主更加科学合理地选择建筑工程施工单位提供依据.通过实例验证了该方法符合工程实际,具有可操作性,使评判结果更加科学、合理、有效.

Application of Grey Analytic Hierarchy Process in Bid Evaluation of Construction Project

A higher requirement is proposed for the current bidding mechanism in order to ensure the project bidding and evaluation more reasonable and equitable.In this article,the modeling principle,the steps and the advantages of Grey Analytic Hierarchy Process(GAHP) are introduced to solve the question.Then,GAHP is applied in the bidding of construction works.Through listing each bid evaluation indicators and determining their weights,the method provides a basis for the owners to choose the building construction more scientific and rational.The results show that this method used in construction bid evaluation has a good accordance with the reality and has higher operability.The evaluation results will be more scientific,rational and effective.
