空气泡沫潜孔锤钻进技术在大直径基岩深井中的应用试验

摘    要:通过选择合适的项目载体进行生产试验,采用空气泡沫潜孔锤钻进技术,可优化钻孔结构,调整钻进参数,完善配套机具,改进和提升现有施工工艺。尤其能够解决在干旱缺水地区大直径基岩深井快速排出岩屑问题,进一步提高钻探施工效率,增强市场竞争能力。

Abstract:It has been proved by a construction test that by means of air foam DTH drilling, the borehole structure can be optimized and drilling parameters can be adjusted to improve ancillary equipments and construction technology. Especially rapid cuttings discharging can be realized for large diameter deep bedrock wells in drought and water shortage area, which can further improve the drilling efficiency to have higher market competition ability.
