| Abstract: | The application of Auto CAD in developing die layout CAD system has been discussed from the aspects of creating the workpiece profile, managing the engineering data, calculating the margin value and the tool for aiding the layout. Examples are given for explaining the concrete methods and steps to aid the die layout at each aspect. |
