摘    要:针状铁素体能明显改善高强度低合金钢焊缝的力学性能,提高其抗环境损伤的能力,具有重要的工程意义。作者利用扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了针状铁素体的组织形态,并观察到高角度晶界结构和相界周围的“唇”带村度,探讨了其抗解理断裂的机理。并根据国内外的研究报道,综述了形成针状铁素体所必需的工艺条件和合金化条件。

Abstract:Acicular ferrite(AF)in the weld metal of HSLA steels,because of its abilities of improving the mechanical properties,especially toughness and ductility of these steels, and environment damage resistance,has an important significance in engineering. By using SEM and TEM,The author investigated the mophology of AF and has observed the features of high angle boandries and“ lip- like”contrast around the boundries. In the paper a discussion of the mechanism of cleavege rupture resistance of AF is given and on the basis of the research reports from home and abroad,a review of the technological and alloyed conditions necessary for the fermation of AF is given.
