| 摘 要： | 针对丁羟四组元(高氯酸铵/黑索今/Al/端羟基聚丁二烯,AP/RDX/Al/HTPB)复合固体推进剂存在的力学性能差的问题,选用己二酸和1,4-丁二醇为原料,合成了低分子量聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA),以二乙醇胺与丙烯酸甲酯反应合成了N,N-二羟乙基-3-胺基丙酸甲酯,并用FT-IR、GPC、~1HNMR、GC-MS表征了其结构。以N,N-二羟乙基-3-胺基丙酸甲酯为外连单体,以PBA为互联单体,硼酸三正丁酯为原料合成了改性硼酸酯键合剂(BEBA)。将BEBA作为丁羟四组元推进剂的键合剂进行装药试验,结果表明:当固化参数为1.01,交联参数为0.22,BEBA与JH03(另一种键合剂)复配比例为0.08/0.04时,丁羟四组元推进剂的高(70℃)、常(20℃)、低(-40℃)温力学性能最佳。
