| 摘 要： | 主要讨论了热塑性塑料注塑制品内应力的分类及造成各种内应力的主要因素。具体分析了各种因素,包括注塑机选用、模具设计、制品造型设计、机械加工和注塑工艺及热处理对制品内应力的影响,并提出了应采取的措施和制品内应力的测试方法。

| Abstract: | Classifcation of inner stress of thermoplastic injection products and the main factors which affect inner stress including choose of injection mold, design of the mould, contour design, machinical working, injection molding technology and effect of heat treatment on inner stress were studied. Measurment of inner stress and measure that should be taken were provided. |
