基于DSP的单频激光实时信号解调软硬件研究

摘    要:提出一种基于DSP(Digital Signal Processor)的干涉仪实时信号解调方法,可实现对干涉仪信号的非线性误差校正和实时解调.基于DSP构建了高速数据处理系统,基于FPGA构建了高速数据采集系统,采用经过优化的椭圆拟合和细分查表法,实现了 1 MHz采样率的干涉信号实时解调,完成了2π相位的4 096细分.

Abstract:A DSP-based real-time demodulation method of interferometer is proposed,which can realize nonlinearity error and real-time demodulation for interferometer.A high-speed data-processing system mainly consists of DSP,A high-speed data acquisition system mainly consists of FPGA.Real-time demodulation is implemented by optimal ellipse fitting method and look-up table method at 1 MHz sampling rate,signal is fractionized into 4096.
