摘    要:水泥熟料库是水泥生产线的重要组成部分.通过对传统熟料库设计中存在的安全问题的分析,提出新型熟料库无中心支撑屋盖结构体系.对新结构体系设计中的关键因素--温度作用和动力作用进行分析,并有针对性的对相关设计要素进行分析并提出解决方法.最后,对这一体系在实际应用中的注意事项及经济性加以阐述,以方便应用.

Abstract:Clinker silo is an important component of cement production line.The security problems existed in the design of traditional clinker silo are analyzed,and a new clinker silo roof structure system without central support columns is put forward.The critical factors,temperature and dynamic action,for the design of the new roof structure system are analyzed.Some key design elements are analyzed and construction measures are listed.Economical efficiency is analyzed,and some notices on applying this structure system are listed too.
