中速磨煤机入口一次风量数值模拟

摘    要:某燃煤电厂1#机组在调试期间,发现由于磨煤机入口风量测量值波动较大,导致一次风量自动调节装置不能正常投运.分析了磨煤机入口一次风量测量产生误差的原因,通过对磨煤机入口一次风道流场的数值模拟,找到了风道内的涡流区,并采用在风道内加装紊流栅的方法,对1#机组磨煤机一次风量测量装置进行了改造,并取得了良好的效果.

Abstract:Primary air flow automatic regulation system of the mill can't work normally in debugging period of the 1# unit in the coal-fired power plant.Reasons of measurement error of primary air are analyzed.Firstly,the vortex area is found by numerical simulation of the flow field in inlet duct of mill,and then the measurement device of primary air is transformed by increase of turbulent grid in the primary air duct of the mill,which has achieved good effect.
