4-氨基二苯胺合成工艺的比较研究

摘    要:对橡胶防老剂重要中间体4-氨基二苯胺的主要生产工艺甲酰苯胺法和硝基苯法进行了重点研究,详细比较了两种工业化生产工艺的原子利用率、“三废”情况、原料成本等。结果表明:甲酰苯胺法工艺生产成本高,“三废”数量多,环境污染严重;硝基苯法工艺采用苯胺和硝基苯作为原料,原子利用率高,“三废”量少,是一条绿色环保的工艺。

Comparative Study of 4 -Aminodiphenylamine Synthesis

Abstract:4 -Aminodiphenylamine is an important intermediate for rubber antioxidant. Two main manufacture process for producing 4 - aminodiphenylamine such as formanilide and nitrobenzene method were compared. This paper detailed comparison of the two kinds of industrial production processes atom utilization, the wastes, the cost of raw materials and so on. The results showed that: formanilide process costs are high, the wastes are large and make serious pollution to environment; while nitrobenzene process with aniline and nitrobenzene as raw materials is a green processes and make atom of high utilization and the wastes less.
