摘    要:玻璃缺陷检测方法是影响玻璃缺陷检测系统性能的重要因素。本文给出了采用图像重构方法对玻璃缺陷进行检测的方案。通过逐行三值化处理、数据编码及缺陷图像重构,简化了图像构成的同时保留了缺陷的特征信息,使对玻璃缺陷识别更为高效。实验表明此算法可对出现位置无重叠行及有重叠行的缺陷进行重构,并且达到在线检测要求。

Abstract:The method of glass defect inspection is an important factor that affects the performance of glass defect inspection system. A method that detecting the glass defects by image reconstructing was proposed. By using the methods of ternary processing, data coding and image reconstruction, the characteristics of the defect information were retained, the image composition was simplified and made glass defects identification more efficient. Experiment results demonstrate that this algorithm can reconstruct the glass defects which have both overlapping lines and non-overlapping ones, and meet the needs of the online inspection.
