铝合金车轮低压铸造智能控制系统的研究与实践

摘    要:低压铸造是目前广泛应用的铸造成型工艺。本文针对铝合金车轮的铸造工艺要求,研究了低压铸造的智能控制系统,实现对给定工艺曲线的快速准确跟踪。实际应用表明,所研究的智能控制系统具有良好的性能。

Abstract:The low pressure die casting is a kind of molding technics which is widely used currently.On the request of molding technics of aluminium alloy wheel,the intelligence control system for low pressure die casting was studied,through which the real pressure in the oven can track the given values on the technical curve quickly and accurately.The application in practice shows that the intelligence control system works very well.
