| 摘 要： | 通过摸索SBS聚合釜的搅拌形式,分析研究了聚合釜挂胶形成的原因,通过修改CBY-E桨叶,增大了聚合釜内的径向流和轴向流,使内冷管处的胶液流动状态加剧,减少了内冷管管卡子处的挂胶,延长了装置运转周期.

| Abstract: | This article describes that through improving CBY-E stirrer by analyzing the cause of kisscoating in the vessel, thereby enlarging the axial-flow and radial-flow within the polymerizer. So the kisscoating in the vessel is reduced, and the running period of the device is extended. |
