摘    要:利用有限元模拟软件,着重从膨胀锥角与推进锥体所需的液压力的不断变化关系出发,研究锥角为多大时所需的液压推进力为最小,获得最优的锥角。通过参数优选,可以减小管内壁与锥头的摩擦,优化膨胀锥的结构,为现场应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:By using Finite Element Simulation Software, focusing on the changes in the relationship between expansion coning and fluid pressure required by advancing the cone, the coning producing the least advancing force was studied so as to obtain the optimal coning. Through optimizing these parameters, the friction between the inner wall and the head of the cone could be decreased, thus optimizing the structure of the expansion cone, which can provide the theoretical basis for the oilfield apply.
