基于遗传算法的波阻抗混合反演

摘    要:文章提出采用二进制字符串编码、遗传操作为最优保存策略选择、多点交叉和非均匀变异的遗传算法,将线性反演与遗传优化算法组合用于地震资料波阻抗反演。即在获得了线性反演的输出序列后,由它作为选择遗传算法初始种群的产生依据,大大缩小了遗传算法的搜索范围。再由遗传算法的寻优操作,得到满足遗传算法反演目标函数的波阻抗序列,用Ackley实验函数,证明了文章中遗传算法的有效性和收敛性,实现了线性反演算法和遗传算法的波阻抗混合反演。通过理论模型与井旁道的试算处理,表明了基于遗传算法波阻抗混合反演的可行性。

Abstract:On the basis of putting forward the genetic algorithm adopting binary character string coding,taking genetic operation as optimal preservation strategic selection and possessing multipoint cross and non-homogeneous variation, a combination of linear inversion and genetic optimization algorithm was used for seismic wave impedance inversion. After having obtained the output sequence of linear inversion, its result might be taken as the basis of producing initial population of selecting genetic algorithm, thus shortening greatly the hunting zone of genetic algorithm. Then the wave impedance sequence satisfying the inversion object function was achieved through the searching operation of genetic algorithm. The effectiveness and convergence of the genetic algorithm introduced in the paper were proved by Ackley experimental function, thus realizing the wave impedance mixed inversion based on linear inversion and genetic algorithm. Through pilot calculation and processing of theoretical model and well-vicinal seismic traces, it was indicated that the mixed inversion is feasible.
