By analysing the cost effect of chosing different technics of drilling construction and reinforcing steel bar machining of chosing different drilling machine and crane,this paper summarizes cost account list,and then proceeds to complete the exact cost account,and uses the method of classifying the cost to manage the cost dynamically.
