摘    要:采用分子蒸馏装置对丙烯低压羰基合成用废铑催化剂溶液进行浓缩,分离出其中丁醛及其聚合物等溶剂及三苯基膦,得到高浓度铑渣,铑含量为7%~10%。所得铑渣用混酸处理,使有机物碳化得到铑酸;铑酸经中和,盐酸酸化,离子交换,蒸发结晶,干燥,直接制备高纯度水合三氯化铑。铑损失1.58%~2.08%,水合三氯化铑的铑含量38%~39%,杂质总含量小于0.1%。
