LED背光源散热模型的分析与优化

摘    要:中小尺寸发光二极管(LED)背光源为了降低成本而选择LED灯条单短边的设计,LED在短边的布局相对比较集中,不可避免地带来散热问题。文章利用有限元ANSYS软件对15.6inch笔记本电脑单短边LED背光源散热问题进行研究,结果表明采用铝板散热可使LED温度由109℃降低至47℃左右,下降约57%。同时由于铝材价格较高,文章对如何使用最少的铝材达到最理想的散热效果进行了讨论,得到了最有利于LED散热的铝板形状、面积、厚度以及安装方式。

Abstract:Small and medium size light emitting diode (LED) back light unit choose the design of single short LED Bar on the edge of in order to reduce costs, LED in a short side of the layout is relatively concentrated inevitably leads to heat dissipation problems. This paper made research into 15.6 inch laptop single short side LED back light heat dissipation by using finite element software ANSYS, the results show that the aluminum radiator can make LED temperature from 109 ℃ reduced to 47 ℃ or so, down about 57%. And because the aluminum prices is higher, the paper discusses how to use least aluminum to achieve optimal cooling effect, and obtained the best type of LED aluminum shape, area, thickness and installation.
