摘    要:通过凝胶渗透色谱、熔融指数、力学性能、差示扫描量热(DSC)和流变仪等分析手段,研究了聚乙烯低聚物对PE100树脂结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着低聚物含量的增加,样品的相对分子质量和简支梁冲击强度逐渐降低,熔融指数和结晶度逐渐升高。在高剪切速率条件下,低相对分子质量聚合物的加入有利于提高产品的加工性能。

Abstract:The effect of PE low molecular polymer on structure and properties of PE100 was studied by means of gel permeation chromatography,melt flow index,mechanical,differential scanning calorimetry and rheometer.The results showed that with the increasing of low molecular polymer content,the relative molecular weight and charpy impact strength of samples were gradually declined,but the melt flow rate and the crystallinity gradually increased with the content increasing.Under the condition of high shear rate the low molecular polymer improved the process properties of PE100 resin.
