| 摘 要： | 残极加料机是贵冶熔炼车间重要的生产设备,通过该设备可以很安全的把粗铜或残极加入到转炉炉内。其主要功能都是液压系统来完成。重点介绍液压系统相关的设计原理,推入油缸故障的处理方法等。本次系统改进参考了一期日本大金设计的液压系统,在日方设计的基础上删除了繁琐的环节,使整个系统简单明确,更符合现场的工作状况。

| Abstract: | Anode Scrap Feeder is an important production equipment in Guixi Smelter smelting plant, the bilster or anode scrap can be safely put into converter furnace by this equipment. The main functions are completed by hydraulic system. In this article, the related design principles of hydraulic system and pushing -cylinder fault＇s repairing methods are introduced. This system referenced Japanese Daikin design of the hydraulic system, and on the base, deleted cumbersome aspects to make the whole system simpler and clearer, more fit with the working conditions. |
