提高德兴铜矿伴生元素钼的回收试验研究

摘    要:德兴铜矿原矿钼平均品位为0.0108%,钼储量达几十万吨,最大程度地提高选钼回收率,是提高德兴铜矿资源综合利用的重要手段。通过CUS-A、AP、乳化Mac三种捕收剂的对比试验表明,用经5%煤油乳化后的Mac作捕收剂,在选铜技术指标有优势的前提下,使德兴铜矿铜粗精矿中的选钼回收率比CUS-A、AP分别高28.87%、26.48%。

Abstract:The average grade of molybdenum in ore of Dexing Copper Mine is 0.0108%, and the prospective reserves of molybdenum amount are up to hundreds of thousands of tons. To maximize the recovery rate of molybdenum is an important method to improve the comprehensive utilization of copper resources in Dexing. By comparing the test results with three collectors respectively ( CUS - A, AP and emulsified Mac), the molybdenum recovery rate which applied 5% kerosene emulsified Mac as collector can be 28.87% and 26.48% higher than those applied CUS - A and AP respectively. With the advantage of Cu concentration technology index and the guide of this conclusion, Dexing Copper Mine can get a higher Mo recovery rate from rough Cu concentration.
