摘    要:采用α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107胶)、气相白炭黑、自膨胀阻燃剂三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP)等制备了阻燃脱醇型室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV),研究了MP用量对脱醇型RTV硅橡胶阻燃性能、动态燃烧性能和机械性能的影响,以及MP阻燃脱醇型RTV硅橡胶的热稳定性。用扫描电镜(SEM)考察了MP在RTV硅橡胶的分散情况。结果表明,当MP的用量达50份以上时,脱醇型RTV硅橡胶才具有良好的阻燃性能。但随着MP用量的增加,脱醇型RTV硅橡胶的初始分解温度下降。另外,MP能很均匀地分散在RTV硅橡胶中,使MP添加量增加到50份时其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率也没有受到严重破坏。

Abstract:A flame-retarded and dealcoholized room temperature(RTV)silicone rubber was prepared with α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane(107 rubber),fumed silica and self-expanding flame-retardant melamine phosphate(MP).The effect of MP content on flame resistance,dynamic combustion performance,mechanical properties and thermal stability of the flame-retarded and dealcoholized RTV silicone rubber had been studied.Furthermore,the dispersion state of MP in RTV silicone rubber was investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the flame-retarded and dealcoholized RTV silicone rubber did not possess excellent flame resistance until 50 phr MP.But with the increase of MP,the initial decomposition temperature of the flame-retarded and dealcoholized RTV silicone rubbe diminished.In addition,MP could be very evenly distributed in the RTV silicone rubber,which kept tensile strength and elongation at break of RTV silicone rubber well when the amount of MP increasing to 50 phr.
