摘    要:在炭黑填充型粉末丁苯橡胶的制备过程中,发现过量外加乳化剂的引入可造成胶乳凝聚颗粒较小甚至不能完全凝聚,说明外加乳化剂对原有胶乳体系的凝聚效果存在影响,而这方面却甚少报道。本文研究了外加乳化剂的类型和用量、凝聚剂类型等因素对丁苯(SBR)胶乳在凝聚前后的平均粒径、粒径分布及凝聚物中成块物的比例等影响,在此基础上阐述了外加乳化剂对SBR胶乳体系的影响和胶乳凝聚的微观机制,即:外加乳化剂只在胶乳体系凝聚过程中才对原有胶乳体系产生影响,非离子型乳化剂可以使胶乳体系重新稳定。

Abstract:Extra emulsifier has always been used in the preparation of carbon black filled powdered SBR.This emulsifier does have effects on the primary SBR latex which may lead to a much smaller sedimentation particles or even incomplete coagulation sedimentation,while it draws few people's attention so far.The particle size and its distribution of different SBR latexes added with different amount of ionic or non-ionic emulsifier before and after coagulation were tested.Besides,the ratio and the particle size and its distribution that can't coagulate into sedimentation of different SBR latexes were also tested.The results showed that the added emulsifier didn't have effect on SBR latex until the coagulation process,which means those non-ionic emulsifier could stabilize the latex again.
