摘    要:在EFS油泵试验台上,结合电磁阀供油脉冲、泵端压力和喷油速率信号,研究了不同工况下电控单体泵燃油喷射系统的电液延迟特性。试验结果表明:电力延迟时间在任何工况下基本为常量;喷油及停喷液力延迟时间受供油量的影响较小,而与转速及供油提前角有较大的相关性。电液延迟特性的标定为单体泵喷射过程的精确控制提供了依据。

Abstract:Electric and hydraulic delay characteristics of the electronic control unit pump(EUP) under different running conditions were calibrated on the EFS pump test bench and studied base on the injection pulse,pressure at pump end and the injection velocity rate signals.The experiments indicate that the electric delay is almost constant under any condition,the fuel injection and cut-off delay time have little correlation with injection quantity,while closely related to the speed and injection advance angle.The experiments provide the basis for precisely pump injection control.
