基于单片机与锁相环技术的位移测量系统

摘    要:针对目前位移测量系统精度普遍不高且灵活性差的特点,通过对光栅莫尔条纹的测量原理以及锁相倍频技术理论的分析,利用单片机的高速智能数据处理平台,构建了高精度的位移测量系统,实现了锁相倍频技术对光栅栅距的高倍细分;重点介绍了系统的整体设计结构与预置细分提高系统工作灵活性的实现原理,通过对微机的编程,可灵活地设置细分数。

Abstract:Precise instrument and high-precision machining require increasingly higher measurement precision. At present, the precision of most displacement measurement systems is not high. With analyzing the principle of measuring grating Moire fringes and the phase-lock multi-frequency technology, utilizing the high-speed data processing platform of MPU, the paper designed the system of measuring displacement, which utilized the phase-lock multi-frequency technology to subdivide the space between the grating. Also, the user can preset the number of division expedi- ently with programming the micro controller. Specially, the writer introduced the whole design and how realized the agility of measurement, considered the affection of the environmental temperature to precision of this system.
