考虑环保成本的风电消纳综合能源系统调度模型设计

摘    要:现有的综合能源系统调度模型难以在风电消纳作用下获取最优路径,导致模型所得调度结果经济效益较差,为降低发电成本,设计考虑环保成本的风电消纳综合能源系统调度模型。建立综合能源系统调度成本模型,设计火电机组与风电机组成本目标函数;以风电消纳为核心对能源调度模型进行动态寻优,设置风力发电的约束条件;设计风电消纳综合能源系统调度算法,得到综合能源系统调度最优解。分情景对该调度模型在风电消纳作用下的调度总成本进行对比,当弃风电量从3 110 MWh逐渐减小为0时,调度成本以及碳排放处理成本从86972万元不断降低至78171万元。由此可见,减小弃风量可以降低风电消纳作用下的综合能源系统调度成本。

Abstract:The existing integrated energy system scheduling model is difficult to obtain the optimal path under the action of wind power consumption,resulting in poor economic benefits of the scheduling results obtained by the model.In order to reduce the power generation cost,a wind power consumption integrated energy system scheduling model considering environmental protection cost is designed.The dispatching cost model of integrated energy system is established,and the cost objective function of thermal power unit and wind turbine unit is designed.Taking wind power consumption as the core,the energy scheduling model is dynamically optimized,and the constraints of wind power generation are set.The scheduling algorithm of integrated energy system for wind power consumption is designed,and the optimal scheduling solution of integrated energy system is obtained.The total dispatching cost of the dispatching model under the effect of wind power consumption is compared by scenarios.When the waste power air volume is gradually reduced from 3 110 MWh to 0,the dispatching cost and carbon emission treatment cost are continuously reduced from 8.697 2 million yuan to 7.817 1 million yuan.It can be seen that reducing the exhaust air volume can reduce the scheduling cost of the integrated energy system under the effect of wind power consumption.
