摘    要:以实现煤粉超标语音报警和画面报警为目的,设计基于多传感器的火电厂煤粉报警系统。该系统使用若干个电容传感器连接煤粉浓度采集电路采集煤粉传输流量浓度数据后,使用ZigBee无线传输模块内的路由器和协调器传输到CPU微控制器内。CPU微控制器驱动LCD显示报警模块启动基于最小二乘法的煤粉报警程序,依据当前煤粉浓度数据对其展开预警判断,当煤粉浓度超标时将该判断信息传输到CAN通信模块内,并使用CAN总线发送到监控主机内。监控主机为用户呈现当前煤粉浓度报警界面,并向用户发出语音报警。测试结果表明:该系统具备良好的兼容性和信息传输能力的同时,可有效为用户呈现煤粉浓度报警画面和语音煤粉浓度超标播报,具备良好的应用性。

Abstract:In order to realize the voice alarm and picture alarm of coal dust exceeding the standard,the coal dust alarm system of thermal power plant based on multi-sensor was designed.The system used several capacitive sensors to connect the pulverized coal concentration acquisition circuit to collect the pulverized coal transmission flow concentration data,and then used the router and coordinator in the ZigBee wireless transmission module to transmit the data to the CPU microcontroller.The CPU microcontroller drived the LCD display alarm module to start the coal powder alarm program based on the least square method,and carried out early warning judgment on it according to the current coal powder concentration data.When the coal powder concentration exceeded the standard,the judgment information would be transmitted to the CAN communication module and sent to the monitoring host using the CAN bus.The monitoring host presents the current pulverized coal concentration alarm interface for the user,and send voice alarm to the user.The test results showed that the system had good compatibility and information transmission capability,and could effectively present the pulverized coal concentration alarm screen and voice pulverized coal concentration over limitted broadcast for users with good application.
