硫、氮杂原子对润滑油基础油氧化安定性的影响

摘    要:采用基于密度泛函理论的量子力学方法研究了含氮化合物、含硫化合物的氧化反应过程、氧化产物及其颜色,采用模型化合物试验研究了含氮化合物、含硫化合物对润滑油基础油(简称基础油)氧化安定性的影响。结果表明,在基础油氧化过程中,含氮化合物被氧化为含羰基化合物,产生新氢过氧化物自由基,可促进其他有机烃分子氧化,羰基为氧化产物的显色基团;含硫化合物被氧化为含亚硫酰基的亚砜类化合物或含硫酰基的砜类化合物,不产生新氢过氧化物自由基,可终止自由基氧化反应,含硫酰基化合物不显色。

EFFECT OF HETEROATOMS SULFUR AND NITROGEN ON OXIDATION STABILITY OF LUBRICATING BASE OIL
Abstract:The oxidation processes, oxidation products and colors of nitrogen-containing compounds and sulfur-containing compounds were studied using a density functional theory based on quantum mechanical method, and the effects of nitrogen-containing compounds and sulfur-containing compounds on the oxidation stability of base oil were investigated by model compound test. The results show that the oxidation of nitrogen-containing compounds to carbonyl compounds can promote the oxidation of other organic hydrocarbon molecules, and carbonyl was the chromogenic group of the oxidizing products.The sulfur-containing compounds were oxidized to sulfoxide compounds containing sulfinyl or sulfone compounds containing sulfuryl, which did not produce new hydroperoxide radicals and could stop the oxidation reaction of free radicals. The sulfur-containing compounds did not show color.
