新疆哈密大南湖煤矿煤质特征分析

摘    要:大南湖煤矿位于新疆自治区哈密市南吐哈煤田,区内煤炭资源极为丰富。煤层的化学性质是煤科学中的一个重要前提,是优化现有煤炭资源加工、转化工艺的前提与基础。通过对新疆哈密大南湖煤矿开展煤质特征的分析研究,针对不同煤层深度的差异,对煤层的水分、灰分、挥发分、全硫、透光率、发热量、焦油含量、腐殖酸、碳含量、视密度及回收率等煤质特征进行统计。研究结果显示,本区煤质以长焰煤为主,褐煤与不黏煤次之。对于煤层灰分,除26煤层为特低灰煤外,其他煤层均为低灰煤。对于煤层挥发分的研究显示,矿区范围内14—29煤层均表现为高挥发分煤。对于煤层中硫的研究结果显示,22、22下、29煤层为低硫煤,其余各煤层均表现为特低硫煤。综合煤质特征,认为大南湖煤矿14—29煤层表现为化学反应性强、弱结渣性、易磨等特征,可用于动力用煤、气化用煤。对于部分焦油含量高的煤层可用作液化用煤或发电用煤等。

Abstract:Located in the South Tuha Coal Field of Hami City,Xinjiang Autonomous Region,the Dananhu Coal Mine is extremely rich in coal resources.The chemical property of coal seam is an important premise in coal science,and is the premise and basis for optimizing the existing coal resource processing and conversion process.Through the analysis and research on the coal quality characteristics of Xinjiang Hami Dananhu Coal Mine,and in view of the differences in the depths of different coal seams,the coal quality characteristics such as water,ash,volatile,total sulfur,light transmittance,calorific value,tar content,humic acid,carbon content,apparent density and recovery rate of the coal seams were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the coal quality in this area was mainly long flame coal,followed by lignite and non caking coal.For coal seam ash content,except 26 coal seam,which was ultra-low ash coal,other coal seams were low ash coal.The study of volatile matter in coal seams showed that the 14-29 coal seams in the mining area were all high volatile coal.The research results of sulfur in coal seams show that 22,22 Lower and 29 coal seams were low sulfur coal,and the other coal seams were ultra-low sulfur coal.According to the characteristics of coal quality,it was considered that the 14-29 coal seams in Dananhu Coal Mine were characterized by strong chemical reactivity,weak slagging and easy grinding,which could be used for power coal and gasification coal.Some coal seams with high tar content could be used as coal for liquefaction or power generation.
