煤—电—化产业链低碳经济评价研究——以焦作煤业集团为例

业链层面的低碳化是实现绿色低碳生产方式变革的根本，以煤炭产业领域典型的煤—电—化产业链为例，探索该产业链低碳发展的路径。选择基于生命周期的碳足迹过程分析方法和模糊综合评价方法，建立相应评价模型，分别对该产业链的碳排放情形和产业链整个低碳发展水平进行分析；以河南焦作煤业集团为例进行实证分析，分析发现煤—电—化产业链碳排放主要源自煤炭生产环节的能源消费，对产业链低碳发展影响最大的指标是产业链能耗；根据研究结果，从企业和政府2个不同角度提出了促进煤—电—化产业链发展低碳模式的政策建议。

Research on low carbon economy evaluation of coal-electricity-chemical industry chain:taking Jiaozuo Coal Industry Group as an example

Low-carbon at the level of industry chain is the basis for the transformation of green low carbon production mode.The paper takes the typical coal-electricity-chemical industry chain in the coal industry as an example to explore the low-carbon development path of the industrial chain.Firstly，select the life cycle-based carbon footprint process analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method，and establish a corresponding evaluation model to analyze the carbon emissions of the industry chain and the overall low-carbon development level of the industry chain.Secondly，taking Henan Jiaozuo Coal Industry Group as an example，it is found that the carbon emissions of the coal-electricity-chemical industry chain mainly come from the energy consumption of the coal production link，and the energy consumption of the industry chain is the indicator that has the greatest impact on the low-carbon development of the industry chain.According to the research results，policy suggestions are put forward to promote the development of low carbon model of coal-electricity-chemical industry chain from two different perspectives of enterprises and government.
