摘    要:为了精准、稳定监测煤矿建筑工程安全,缩减监测效果受数据量及噪声影响,设计了基于数据实时分析的煤矿建筑工程安全监测系统。通过感知层采集煤矿建筑工程相关数据,数据处理模块对数据进行聚类操作,通信模块将聚类后数据安全传输至煤矿建筑工程安全监测中心,利用改进隔离森林算法对数据执行异常检测操作,并将检测结果存储数据库中,通过安全监测与管理中心为客户呈现监测结果。实验结果表明,该系统可有效聚类煤矿建筑工程数据,且煤矿建筑工程安全监测精度与稳定性好,监测效果受数据量及噪声影响较小。

Abstract:In order to accurately and stably monitor the safety of coal mine construction engineering and reduce the impact of data and noise on the monitoring effect,a coal mine construction engineering safety monitoring system based on real-time data analysis was designed.The data related to coal mine construction engineering is collected through the sensing layer,the data processing module clusters the data,the communication module safely transmits the clustered data to the coal mine construction engineering safety monitoring center,uses the improved isolated forest algorithm to perform anomaly detection on the data,and stores the detection results in the database.The monitoring results are presented to customers through the safety monitoring and management center.The experimental results showed that the system can effectively cluster coal mine construction engineering data,and the safety monitoring accuracy and stability of coal mine construction engineering are good,and the monitoring effect is less affected by the amount of data and noise.
