摘    要:为了提升艰险地区地质调查作业人员安全保障和应急救援水平,以中国冶金地质总局第二地质勘查院为研究对象,结合艰险地区作业环境特点,从个体防护、人员定位、安全保障、应急救援等方面建立了“7个1”作业人员安全保障装备配备标准,提出三级责任体系及安全保障标准化措施,对今后地质调查及相关行业安全保障标准化体系构建及装备配备具有较强的指导和参考意义。

Abstract:In order to improve the safety assurance and emergency rescue level of geological survey operators in difficult and dangerous areas,taking the second Geological Exploration Institute of China Metallurgical Geology administration as the research object,and combining the characteristics of the working environment in difficult and dangerous areas,the "Seven ones" operator safety assurance equipment allocation standards have been established from the aspects of personal protection,personnel positioning,safety assurance,emergency rescue and so on.The three-level responsibility system and safety assurance standardization measures are put forward,which has strong guiding and reference significance for the construction of safety assurance standardization system and equipment allocation in geological survey and related industries in the future.
