三软煤层沿空留巷技术研究

摘    要:通过对新郑煤电12209工作面运输巷三软煤层进行分析,提出了三软煤层巷旁浇筑支护沿空留巷技术方案,包括超前扩帮支护、巷道喷浆注浆加固、单体液压支柱抬棚支护、切顶卸压和沿空留巷混凝土墙体浇筑等工艺技术.经沿空留巷现场监测点监测发现,留巷出现变形、顶板向充填墙体一侧倾斜下沉、底鼓严重、煤帮局部挤出等问题.针对监测到的情况,...

Abstract:Based on the analysis of Three Soft coal seam of transportation lane in No.12209 working face of Xinzheng Coal power,the technical scheme of the gob-side entry retaining with pouring and supporting beside the roadway in the Three Soft coal seam was put forward,
including advanced expansion supporting,roadway shotcrete grouting reinforcement,single hydraulic prop shed lifting support,roof cutting and pressure relief,and concrete wall pouring of the gob-side entry retaining.By on-site monitoring points of the gob-side entry retaining,it is found that the retaining roadway was deformed,the roof is inclined to one side of the filling wall,the bottom heave is serious,and the coal wall is partially extruded.According to the monitored situation,targeted improvement measures and suggestions were put forward.
