漏磁检测系统在长输天然气管道缺陷检测中的应用研究

基于漏磁检测技术设计研究了一种长输天然气管道缺陷检测装置。该装置利用磁化单元对天然气管道进行磁化处理，确保处于磁饱和状态。如果管道中存在缺陷问题会导致磁力线分布出现不均匀的现象，即漏磁现象。利用霍尔元件对漏磁信号进行检测，进而可以分析管道部位缺陷问题的状态。对漏磁检测系统结构中使用的主要硬件设施进行了详细介绍，对主要软件工作流程进行了阐述。将设计的漏磁检测系统应用到某长输天然气管道缺陷检测工程项目中，通过与10处部位的开挖检测结果对比，发现漏磁检测系统的精度非常高，可以将误差控制在10%范围以内。

Application of magnetic flux leakage testing system in defect detection of long-distance natural gas pipeline

Based on magnetic flux leakage testing technology,a defect detection device for long distance natural gas pipeline is designed and studied.The device used the magnetization unit to magnetize the natural gas pipeline to ensure that it was in the magnetic saturation state.If there were defects in the pipeline,it would lead to uneven distribution of magnetic lines of force,namely magnetic leakage.The Hall element was used to detect the magnetic flux leakage signal,and then the state of the pipeline defects could be analyzed.The main hardware facilities used in the structure of magnetic flux leakage detection system were introduced in detail,and the main software workflow was described.The designed magnetic flux leakage testing system was applied to a long distance natural gas pipeline defect detection project.By comparing with the excavation detection results of 10 locations,it was found that the accuracy of the magnetic flux leakage testing system was very high,and the error could be controlled within 10%.
