清洁可再生能源节能潜力评估方法研究

摘    要:为选择节能潜力大的清洁可再生能源替代化石能源,提出清洁可再生能源节能潜力评估方法。构建最大化清洁可再生能源发电量、最小化发电成本目标函数,设置新能源机组出力等约束条件,构建新能源出力时序运行模拟模型,采用粒子群算法求取模型最优解,得到新能源连续供电运行状态,根据机组最优功率分配和发电量,计算新能源发电量占比、发电功率占比、化石燃料耗率降低量,并将其作为节能潜力评估指标,判断新能源节能潜力大小。仿真实验结果表明,应用该方法后的水电机组新能源发电量占比、发电功率占比、化石燃料耗率降低量最高,节能潜力最大,电力系统应增加水电机组装机数量。

Abstract:In order to select clean and renewable energy with great energy-saving potential to replace fossil energy,an evaluation method of energy-saving potential of clean and renewable energy is proposed.Build the objective function of maximizing clean and renewable energy power generation and minimizing power generation cost,set constraints such as new energy unit output,build a new energy output time series operation simulation model,use particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal solution of the model,obtain the new energy continuous power supply operation state,and calculate the proportion of new energy power generation according to the optimal power distribution and power generation of the unit The proportion of power generation and the reduction of fossil fuel consumption rate are used as energy-saving potential evaluation indicators to judge the energy-saving potential of new energy.The simulation results show that the proportion of new energy power generation,the proportion of power generation and the reduction of fossil fuel consumption are the highest,and the energy-saving potential is the greatest.The number of hydro motor assemblies should be increased in the power system.
