基于GOOSE通信的变电站递推式远方备自投节能控制方法

摘    要:为了在保证供电可靠基础上最大程度节约能源,提出基于GOOSE通信的变电站递推式远方备自投节能控制方法。结合备自投电源进线特点,分析控制过程中需遵守的基本原则;以GOOSE通信方式为依据设计整体控制架构,分为备自投装置、开关闭锁与谐波抑制等模块,明确框架下GOOSE报文的发送与接收流程;通过获取故障线路的电压与电流值,判断故障点位置,便于做出控制决策;构建GOOSE开出矩阵,模拟故障发生时,子装置发送到主站的信息,根据矩阵中每行向量表示的意义,设置备自投开关响应动作,实现备自投节能控制。仿真实验表明,该方法可有效抑制谐波,减少电能损耗,满足绿色电网发展需求

Abstract:In order to save energy to the greatest extent on the basis of ensuring reliable power supply,a recursive remote backup automatic switching energy-saving control method for substation based on GOOSE communication is proposed.Combined with the characteristics of the incoming line of the standby automatic switching power supply,the basic principles to be observed in the control process are analyzed.The overall control architecture is designed based on GOOSE communication mode,which is divided into backup automatic switching device,switch locking and harmonic suppression modules,and defines the sending and receiving process of GOOSE message under the framework.By obtaining the voltage and current of the fault line,the position of the fault point can be judged,which is convenient for making control decisions.To build GOOSE output matrix,simulate the information sent by the sub device to the master station when a fault occurs,and set the response action of the standby automatic switching switch according to the meaning of each line vector in the matrix,so as to realize the energy-saving control of the standby automatic switching.Simulation results show that this method can effectively suppress harmonics,reduce power loss,and meet the development needs of green power grid.
