摘    要:为解决气体分馏装置存在的多干扰、耦合严重、自动化程度低等问题,提出了多变量模型预测控制的先进过程控制(APC)方案。项目实施过程中,因丙烯精制塔塔板数多、分析仪间隔时间长等造成稳态时间长,常规阶跃测试难以获得可靠的模型,且产品纯度要求高,阶跃测试将对装置运行产生较大干扰。为此借助Aspen Hysys Dynamic软件构建动态模型,以此动态模型进行阶跃测试,利用动态模型的阶跃响应曲线构建APC项目的预测控制模型。实践结果表明,构建的动态模型获得了较好的效果,大大降低了阶跃测试的难度,减少了对装置的干扰,同时获得了较好的控制效果。

APPLICATION OF DYNAMIC SIMULATION TECHNOLOGY IN ADVANCED PROCESS CONTROL PROJECT OF GAS FRACTIONATOR
Abstract:An advanced process control (APC) project of multi-variable model predictive control was proposed to solve the problems of multi-disturbance, serious coupling and low automation in gas fractionator. During the execution of the project, it was difficult to obtain a reliable model for routine step test because of the long steady time caused by the large number of column plates and the long interval time of analyzer, and the product purity requirement was high, the step test would have great interference to the operation of the unit. In this paper, a dynamic model was built by Aspen Hysys dynamic software, and the step response curve of the dynamic model was used to build the predictive control model of APC project. The results show that the dynamic model has a good effect, greatly reduces the difficulty of step test, reduces the interference to the unit, and obtains a better control effect.
