摘    要:挥发性有机物(VOCs)大多数具有毒性,是重点防控的大气污染物。大气环境中VOCs具有浓度低、易挥发且成分复杂的特点,采用一般的检测器直接进样检测具有一定的难度,因此检测前通常需要进行富集浓缩处理。固体吸附剂吸附富集法作为一种高效、经济的挥发性有机物预浓缩与采样相结合的方法,其核心在于吸附材料,吸附材料的性能是影响富集效率最重要的原因之一。介绍了目前市面上常用于捕获微量挥发性有机物后进行热解吸的吸附剂,包括有机聚合物、活性炭、碳分子筛和石墨化碳黑等,从材料特点、吸附性能、吸附机理、吸附影响因素等方面进行了阐述,指出了优缺点和适用范围;并探索了多种吸附剂级配使用的方法,此外还对一些可用于固体吸附-热脱附法富集浓缩低浓度VOCs这一领域的新型吸附材料进行了展望。

Abstract:Most volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are toxic, which are the atmospheric pollutants of key prevention and control. VOCs in the atmosphere are characterized by low concentration, volatility and complex composition, and there is a certain difficulty in direct sample injection testing by use of ordinary detector, so the samples are usually necessary to be treated by enrichment and concentration before testing. As an efficient and economical method of VOCs preconcentration and sampling, the solid adsorbent enrichment method mainly lies in the adsorption materials, and the performance of which is one of the most important factors affecting enrichment efficiency. Moreover, this paper introduces some adsorbents commonly used for thermal desorption after capturing trace VOCs and currently available in the market, including organic polymer, activated carbon, carbon molecular sieve and graphitized carbon black. Meanwhile, these adsorbents are illustrated in terms of material characteristics, absorption performance, adsorption mechanism and influence factors of adsorption, the advantages and disadvantages of these materials, and their application scope are also pointed out, as well as the method for grading use of multiple adsorbents is explored. In addition, some new adsorption materials which can be used for the enrichment and concentration of low-concentration VOCs by solid adsorption thermal desorption method are also prospected.
