摘    要:矿井煤尘爆炸事故往往会造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。为了防止煤尘爆炸发生,研发高效绿色的抑爆材料,整理了国内外关于煤尘爆炸的研究情况,包括煤尘爆炸机理、爆炸特性、爆炸传播规律以及煤尘的抑爆技术,并针对煤尘爆炸方面的研究提出了未来发展趋势。分析结果表明,需对多因素及特殊环境下的煤尘爆炸特性进行深入研究,建立煤尘爆炸过程全景式分子作用机制的爆炸机理,并结合实际矿井环境对煤尘爆炸传播规律进行研究,结合爆炸机理研发新型抑爆材料,从本质上中断爆炸反应过程。

Abstract:Coal dust explosion will lead to massive casualties and property damages in a great extent.In order to prevent the occurrence of coal dust explosion and develop highly efficient,green explosion suppression materials,this work sorted out the domestic and overseas research status of coal dust explosion,including coal dust explosion mechanism,explosion characteristics,explosion propagation laws as well as the explosion suppression technologies.In addition,future development trend of coal dust explosion research was put forward.The results showed that the characteristics of coal dust explosion under multiple factors and special environment should be explored deeply,and it is necessary to establish an overall scenario chemical reaction mechanism in the coal dust explosion process.Moreover,the propagation law of coal dust explosion should be studied in accordance with the actual mine environment.Furthermore,new explosive suppression materials are in urgent need of development according to the explosion mechanism to interrupt the explosion reaction process essentially.
