高硫化氢环境下液压支架油缸镀层适应性研究

摘    要:从以H2S气体对主的腐蚀性煤矿环境出发,选取全铜、铜铬及双铬镀层为研究对象,采用酸性盐雾腐蚀试验、实验室模拟环境、井下挂块等试验方法研究Cl-、H2S气体等复杂环境对镀层的腐蚀作用,以金相组织、SEM图像以及EDS能谱表征失效镀层的微观结构和腐蚀产物,并探讨了镀层在煤矿井下的失效原因和腐蚀机理。结果表明,在以Cl-为腐蚀介质的盐雾试验中,铜铬镀层耐蚀性优于双铬镀层;全铜镀层在实验室模拟H2S环境中出现变暗变色等现象;以H2S为主的实际煤矿井下环境中,双铬镀层未发现腐蚀,但铜铬镀层出现脱落、掉皮等严重腐蚀现象,全铜和铜铬的腐蚀产物中发现Cu、S、Cr、Fe等元素;井下H2S气体在高湿环境中,黏附在镀层表面,腐蚀破坏穿透镀层后Cl-、H+等有害离子进入镀层内部,铜、铁组成原电池导致腐蚀进一步恶化。

Abstract:Based on the corrosive coal mine environment of H2S gas,the overall electroplating copper layer,the plating copper layer and chrome layer and the electroplating double chrome layer are selected as research objects respectively in this work.The corrosion effect of complex environments which included Cl-,H2S gas and others on the coating is studied with following experimental methods-acid salt spray corrosion test,laboratory simulation environment and small test parts placed underground.Besides,the microstructure and corrosion products of the failure plating layer are characterized by gold phase tissue,scanning electron microscope (SEM) image and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS).The causes of failure and corrosion mechanism of different plating layers in coal mine wells are also discussed.The results show that in the acid salt spray test with Cl- as the corrosion medium,the corrosion resistance of the specimen which plated copper layer and chrome layer is better than that of the specimen with double chrome plating.In the simulated H2S laboratory environment,darkened discoloration appeared on the specimen surface which coated with whole copper layer.In the actual coal mine environment based on H2S,there is no corrosion on the double chromium coating while serious corrosion,such as shedding and peeling,occurred on the copper chromium coating.Elements of Cu,S,Cr,Fe and others were found in the corrosion products of copper and copper chromium.In the high humidity coal mine environment,H2S gas is easily adhered to the surface of the plating layer.The coating is penetrated with the influence of corrosion resulting in harmful ions (Cl-,H+,etc.) enter into the coating.In addition,the original battery composed of copper and iron will cause further deterioration of corrosion.
