摘    要:目前,我国农村房屋不动产登记权籍调查项目已在多个省市启动。农村房屋不动产登记权籍调查主要采用全野外测量、传统摄影测量和倾斜摄影测量3种测绘方法。利用低成本无人机(UAV)获得的航拍图像,比较了农村房地产整合权登记3种测绘方法的优缺点,描述了倾斜摄影的基本原理、关键技术和操作过程,对摄影测量控制点的布局方案和精度的准确性进行了比较分析,提出了一种既能满足测绘精度要求、又能考虑效率和成本的操作方案。结果表明,低成本无人机倾斜摄影测量可以满足农村房屋不动产登记权籍调查项目,而不需要调查级设备或地面控制点。

Abstract:At present,my country′s rural housing real estate registration rights investigation project has been launched in many provinces and cities.The survey of rural housing real estate registration rights mainly adopts three surveying and mapping methods:full field survey,traditional photogrammetry and oblique photogrammetry.Using aerial images obtained by low-cost unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV),the advantages and disadvantages of three surveying and mapping methods for rural real estate integration rights registration were compared,and the basic principles,key technologies and operating procedures of oblique photography were described,and the layout of photogrammetry control points was described.The scheme and the accuracy of the precision were compared and analyzed,and an operation scheme that could not only meet the requirements of surveying and mapping accuracy,but also consider the efficiency and cost was proposed.The results showed that low-cost UAV oblique photogrammetry could satisfy the rural housing real estate registration right survey project without the need for survey-level equipment or ground control points.
