采煤机螺旋滚筒急速滚转控制稳定性分析

摘    要:采煤机螺旋滚筒急速滚转控制稳定性直接影响采煤机的截割性能和作业效率。为此,以某类型采煤机为研究对象,导入采煤机螺旋滚筒基础信息,运算采煤机螺旋滚筒急速滚转控制条件下的载荷信息、截割比能耗、载荷波动系数、受载信息、截割功率。以A1类、A2类两种截齿分布不同的螺旋滚筒为例,计算两种螺旋滚筒的载荷信息、截割功率。研究结果表明,A2类螺旋滚筒急速滚转控制下稳定性最优;A2类螺旋滚筒在多个固有频率阶数下截齿稳定性最差;在多个情景中,A2类型螺旋滚筒在急速滚转控制时,夹矸坚固性系数、牵引速度对其稳定性存在直接影响,螺旋升角对其稳定性不存在直接影响。

Abstract:The stability of shearer spiral drum rapid rolling control directly affects the cutting performance and operating efficiency of shearer.Therefore,a certain type of shearer was taken as the research object,the basic information of shearer spiral drum was imported,and the load information,cutting specific energy consumption,load fluctuation coefficient,load information,and cutting power under the control condition of shearer spiral drum rapid rolling were calculated.The load information and cutting power of the two types of spiral drums,A1 and A2,with different pick distribution were calculated.The results showed that the stability of A2 type spiral drum was optimal under the control of rapid rolling;A2 type spiral drum had the worst pick stability under multiple natural frequency orders;
in many scenarios,A2 type spiral drum had a direct impact on its stability when it was in rapid rolling control,the solid coefficient of dirt band and the traction speed,and the spiral angle had no direct impact on its stability.
