Abstract:In order to detect chemical production safety in real time and deal with emergencies in time,a chemical production safety detection system based on automatic control technology is designed.The system uses temperature and humidity,dust concentration,gas concentration and various sensors to collect environmental information.After comparison and analysis with the set parameter values,the PLC automatic control module converts the data collected by the sensor into electrical signals,uses the intermediate relay to transmit signals and drive the motor and control circuit to achieve control.The control results are transmitted to the safety state detection module through the routing node and gateway.The chemical production safety state detection model based on least square regression is used to detect the chemical production safety state,and the detection results are presented to the user through the user terminal.The experimental results show that the single dependent variable state detection model is more suitable for the system in this paper,and will not introduce too much noise to affect the detection accuracy.The automatic control of the system has fast response speed,can stabilize abnormalities in a short time,and shows good reliability and safety.
