紫外荧光法测定油品硫含量标准的现状及发展趋势

摘    要:最新实施的北京地方汽柴油标准及即将实施的车用乙醇汽油标准(GB 18351)将GB/T 34100指定为硫含量测定的仲裁标准,而目前国内采用紫外荧光法测定轻质油品中硫含量的标准有GB/T 34100—2017和SH/T 0689—2000,二者均修改采用ASTM D5453,但对应版本不同。针对紫外荧光法测定油品硫含量的国家标准和行业标准在使用过程中的疑惑,阐述了紫外荧光法测定硫含量标准的发展变化,介绍了ASTM D5453标准的制修订及发展过程,同时比较了SH/T 0689,GB/T 34100,ASTM D5453标准方法的区别,指出了我国现有方法的不足及改进的需求,最后对标准方法进一步修订内容提出建议。

SITUATION AND DEVELOPMENT TREND OF ULTRAVIOLET FLUORESCENCE STANDARD METHODS FOR DETERMINATION OF SULFUR CONTENT IN PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
Abstract:The newly implemented Beijing local gasoline standard and the soon-to-be-implemented motor vehicle ethanol gasoline standard (GB 18351) have designated GB/T 34100 as the arbitration standard for the determination of sulfur content. At present, the domestic standards for the determination of sulfur content in light fuel oil by ultraviolet fluorescence method are GB/T 34100-12017 and SH/T 0689-12000, both of which adopt ASTM D5453, but the corresponding versions are different. In view of the doubts in the use of the national standard and the industry standard for the determination of sulfur content in oil products by ultraviolet fluorescence method, this paper expounded the development and changes of the standard for the determination of sulfur content by ultraviolet fluorescence method, and introduced the preparation, revision and development process of standard ASTM D5453. The differences between SH/T 0689, GB/T 34100 and ASTM D5453 were compared, and the shortcomings of the existing methods and the requirements for improvement were pointed out.
