Abstract:Water inrush and mud gushing often occur in the construction process of deep water-rich karst tunnels,which seriously affect the construction progress,and even cause serious accidents and great economic losses.Therefore,how to effectively control water gushing and ensure the stability of surrounding rock has an important impact on the safety of engineering construction for the tunnel in deep water-rich area.This paper takes the Yingshanyan tunnel from Chengdu to Guiyang as an example to carry out a simulation study.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to carry out a numerical simulation analysis of the tunnel curtain grouting.Through the analysis of the data and the comparison of the two working conditions,the influence of the grouting reinforcement ring on the flow rate of the inrush water is studied.The grouting parameters are optimized according to the numerical simulation results.The results show that the permeability coefficient of the grouting circle is one-fourth of the permeability coefficient of the surrounding rock,which is more economical and reasonable;reducing the grouting range to less than 4 m can reduce the cost of engineering materials.The results can provide a reference for the construction of this deep-buried,high-pressure,and water-rich tunnel.
