离心泵叶轮多工况节能运行状态监测方法

摘    要:为了保证离心泵叶轮的节能稳定运行,提出了一种离心泵叶轮多工况节能运行状态监测方法。同步采集离心泵叶轮运行过程中的进口空泡分布以及外特性等信息,并分析其变化规律,同时采用小波分解方法对信号进行降噪处理。引入Hilbert-Huang变换算法提取离心泵叶轮多工况节能运行特征和运行状态监测指标,采用支持向量机完成离心泵叶轮多工况节能运行状态监测。应用分析结果表明,所提方法可以有效提升监测结果的准确性,保证离心泵叶轮节能稳定运行。

Abstract:In order to ensure the energy-saving and stable operation of centrifugal pump impeller,a monitoring method for energy-saving operation state of centrifugal pump impeller under multiple working conditions was proposed.Simultaneously collected the information of inlet cavitation distribution and external characteristics during the operation of centrifugal pump impeller,and analyzed its change rule.At the same time,wavelet decomposition method was used to reduce the noise of the signal.The Hilbert Huang transformation algorithm was introduced to extract the energy-saving operation characteristics and monitoring indicators of the centrifugal pump impeller under multiple working conditions,and the support vector machine was used to complete the energy-saving operation status monitoring of the centrifugal pump impeller under multiple working conditions.The application results showed that the proposed method can effectively improved the accuracy of the monitoring results and ensured the energy saving and stable operation of the centrifugal pump impeller.
